Ordering:
Orders may be faxed to 928.213.9744.
For new wholesale accounts we require
a copy of your sales permit. Tile patterns may be specified, however; unless specified we may use alternative patterns if needed. Because Art is made-to-order a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is started, remaining balance is due at the the order ships. Depending on the size of an order and specification of patterns order may ship 7-14 business days (M-F) from when it was started.
We will accommodate ASAP orders, but please allow ample time for completion as our wall art is handcrafted and made by humans! Custom sizes and colors are available, a fee will be assessed at the time of the request.

Damages & Discrepancies:

Damages / discrepancies must be called in within 4 days after shipment is received. When receiving a damage /discrepancy please keep all packaging
and boxes - do not discard them.
Please contact Indigo Hands to fill out a claim form. Indigo Hands will file a
claim on behalf of the customer. To file
a claim with UPS all original packaging
material and boxes must be used to repack art. In the event the customer discards packaging material and compromises the claim process Indigo Hands reserves the right to hold the customer responsible.   

Canceling or
Refusing an Order:

Because we do not stock the finished product and  we paint and build per
each customer's order, A.S.AP orders must be canceled no longer than four days after the order was placed.
If an order has a specified ship date, orders must be cancelled 14 days
before requested ship date. Orders cancelled after the allotted time
stated above or refused are subject to
a 35% cancellation fee calculated at
the total of the order before shipping
